We want every Little Novice piece to feel just right. If something doesn't suit you or your little one, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange.

How to return an item

    Check the condition

    Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Please don't remove the hygiene strip on underwear or swimwear - we can't accept the return without it.

    Email our team

    Send a note to support@littlenovice.co.uk with your full name, order ID, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We'll confirm the return address within one working day.

  3. 3

    Post it back

    Drop the parcel at your local Post Office or chosen carrier. We recommend a tracked service - until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility. Customers cover return postage.

  4. 4

    Receive your refund or exchange

    Once your parcel lands at our studio, we'll process refunds within 5 working days to your original payment method, or pop your exchange in the post the same week.

Faulty or incorrect items

On the rare occasion something arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or it's not what you ordered - email us within 7 days at support@littlenovice.co.uk with a photo and your order ID. We'll cover return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

How long do I have to return an item to Little Novice?+

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. This window applies to all UK and international orders placed on littlenovice.co.uk.

Does Little Novice offer free returns?+

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage - until the parcel reaches our UK studio, it remains your responsibility.

What condition do items need to be in?+

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original condition. Hygiene strips on underwear and swimwear must remain in place, otherwise the return cannot be accepted.

How do I start a return?+

Email support@littlenovice.co.uk with your full name, order ID and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll reply within 1 working day with the UK return address and next steps.

When will I receive my refund?+

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of your parcel arriving at our studio. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show the funds.

Can I exchange for a different size?+

Yes. Mention the size you'd like in your return email and we'll reserve it for you. If it's unavailable we'll issue a full refund instead.

Are sale or outlet items returnable?+

Full-price and sale items follow the same 14-day policy. Final-sale outlet items are non-returnable and clearly marked at checkout.
