Little Novice is a UK-based children's clothing brand designing and shipping baby and toddler essentials from London. For the purpose of UK GDPR, Little Novice is the data controller of any personal information you provide. You can reach us any time at support@littlenovice.co.uk.

We collect two types of information:

• Order information - your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number and payment details when you place an order. Payment card details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Device information - IP address, browser type, time zone, the pages you view and the way you interact with our site. This is collected automatically through cookies, log files and similar technologies.

• To process your order, take payment and arrange delivery.
• To send order confirmations, dispatch updates and customer-service replies.
• To screen orders for potential fraud or risk.
• To improve our website, products and customer experience using anonymised analytics.
• To send marketing emails - only when you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:

• Contract - processing necessary to fulfil your order.

Our products are designed for babies and toddlers, but our website is intended for use by adults (parents, family and friends). We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent revision. For significant changes we'll notify customers by email or a prominent notice on the site.
