At Little Novice, we hope that you, as a customer, will always be satisfied with what you order. However, in case you have a change of heart, we have a 14-day return policy starting from the day you received your receipt from us.

To return unwanted items purchased at online, please follow these simple steps:
- Ensure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please do not remove the hygiene strip on underwear and bathing suits.
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to access the Little Novice returns address.
- Go to the local post office or another carrier to ship the package. Customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning items.
- Please check the Returns & Exchanges Portal for regular updates.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us. We strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it.
