To return unwanted items purchased at online, please follow these simple steps:

1. Ensure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please do not remove the hygiene strip on underwear and bathing suits.
2. Email us at support@littlenovice.co.uk with your name, surname, order ID, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will then confirm the return address.
3. Go to the local post office or another carrier to ship the package. Customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning items.
